Alicea (Allie) Lieberman

I am an  Assistant Professor of Marketing at The UCLA Anderson School of Management. My research focuses on judgment and decision making with an emphasis on motivation, health, and behavior change. In particular, I explore when and why consumers initiate behaviors; the cognitive processes underlying behavioral persistence; and, the role of social influence in behavior change. I am passionate about interdisciplinary approaches and committed to harnessing social and behavioral research to impact policy and improve societal health and well-being.
