Alicea (Allie) Lieberman
I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Behavioral Decision Making at The UCLA Anderson School of Management. My research focuses on judgment and decision making with an emphasis on motivation, health, and behavior change. In particular, I explore when and why consumers initiate behaviors; the cognitive processes underlying behavioral persistence; and, the role of social influence in behavior change. I am passionate about interdisciplinary approaches and committed to harnessing social and behavioral research to impact policy and improve societal health and well-being.
